How the System Works

How the System Works
1. Loading
Operators sweep and load the used abrasive directly into the feed hopper. After this step, the material moves toward the screening stage.
2. Screening
- Top Deck: Removes oversized debris.
- Second Deck: Keeps usable abrasive and discharges it through the middle chute.
- Refuse Pipe: Sends fine, unusable particles out of the system.
Operators use the slide gate to control the feed rate. Meanwhile, the anti-blinding attachment keeps the screen from clogging, which ensures smooth operation.
3. Dust Extraction
The system draws dust through a suction hose and sends it to the pulse-jet dust collector. As a result, clean air flows back into the environment safely.
4. Clean Abrasive Collection
The machine stores recovered abrasive in bags or silos. Consequently, operators can reuse it immediately for blasting operations.
Air Wash Process
- Dust-Laden Air Entry: Dusty air enters the plenum, and heavy particles drop into the hopper.
- Filtration: Air passes through cartridges that trap the dust on the outside.
- Automatic Cleaning: High-pressure air jets blast the filters clean continuously, keeping the system running without interruption.
- Rotary Sieving: The sieve separates large contaminants from the abrasive.
- Air Wash Cascade: Adjustable airflow removes dust and fine particles, leaving only usable abrasive.
- Clean Abrasive Storage: The cleaned abrasive falls into the storage silo, ready for immediate reuse in blast vessels or bulk bags.
