- The CBBM 50 is an ideal machine for medium-sized blasting work with an approximate 75kgs of expendable abrasive loading capacity. It can blast continuously for 20 – 25 minutes. The machine’s design makes it easy for transportation, making it a popular choice in marine, oil, and gas industries. All the piping in the machine is 1¼” for effective air flow, resulting in less pressure drop and increased productivity. The machine is fitted with a highly efficient moisture separator and abrasive valve. This model is available in manual and automatic remote control versions.

- CBBM 300 is the double chamber blast pot from our standard range of Blast machines where two blasters can blast at a time and is on high demand in shipyards. All the piping in the machine is 1¼” for effective air flow, resulting in less pressure drop and increased productivity.

REMOTE CONTROL UNIT WITH SILENCER
The function of a remote control unit is to depressurize the pot to stop the blasting process. Repair kits for remote control units and silencers are available for maintenance.
DEADMAN HANDLE
The deadman handle will help the blaster to depressurize the pot and stop blasting without going near to it. We highly recommend using a remote-controlled unit-fitted blast machine for a complete safe working environment.

MOISTURE SEPERATOR
- The moisture separator takes out contamination and moisture from the airline. The filter is executed with an automatic drain. Moisture separator is a standard part of all CLEANBLAST™ Blast machines, and for a fault-free and efficient blasting operation, we recommend using a Cleanblast After Cooler to ensure oil-free and clean air supply.
