Cleanblast offers a range of Sand Blasting machines and blast spots in the conventional type, including pressure blast machines with single chamber and double chamber options. These machines are designed to effectively clean mill scale, pitting, and corrosion on steel surfaces, as well as remove laitence from concrete, perform underwater Sand Blasting cleaning, and expose re-bar in concrete.

Single chamber Sand Blasting machines feature a single control valve and can be operated by one person, while the double chamber Sand Blasting machine is suitable for larger jobs and continuous operation, equipped with two or more control valves. All machines are manufactured by reputable manufacturers with ISO certification and TUV certification, ensuring quality and reliability.

The recommended abrasives for these machines include Coal Slag, Copper Slag, Garnet, Steel Shot, and Steel Grit. Depending on the abrasive being used, the machines are fitted with Flat Sand Valve, Thomson valve, Dosing valve, or Steel Grit valve. They are supplied with either Pneumatic or Electro-pneumatic 12/24 V dead-man control valves for remote control operation. For enhanced safety in the petrochemical and shipyard industry, Cleanblast recommends the use of Electro-pneumatic remote control valves. Additionally, for increased durability and productivity, Micro valve is recommended for garnet blasting media, and steel grit valve for steel grit blasting media.

Manual and Automatic Models available
The CBBM 18 is the smallest model from our range which has got approximate 26kgs of expendable abrasive loading capacity and can blast continuously for 10 -15 minutes. It is well suited for small jobs where mobility is the key factor. All the piping in the machine is ½” for effective air ﬂow. Machine is ﬁtted with highly efﬁcient moisture separator and ﬂat sand valve. This model is available in both manual and automatic remote control version.

available The CBBM 50 is an ideal machine for medium sized blasting work which has got approximate 75kgs of expendable abrasive loading capacity and can blast continuously for 20 – 25 minutes. Design of the machine makes it easy for transportation and hence a popular choice in marine, oil and gas industry. All the piping in the machine is 1¼” for elective air ﬂow, hence less pressure drop and more productivity. Machine is ﬁtted with highly efﬁcient moisture separator and abrasive valve. The CBBM 100 is a popular choice for medium to heavy duty industrial blasting application. It has got an approximate 150 kgs of expendable abrasive loading capacity and can blast continuously for 35 – 40 minutes. Having more loading capacity it is broadly used in construction, marine, oil and gas industry. All the piping in the machine is 1¼” for effective air ﬂow, hence less pressure drop and more productivity. Machine is ﬁtted with highly efﬁcient moisture separator and abrasive valve. This model is available in either in manual and automatic remote control version.

CBBM 200 is the standard universal model virtually for any application
involving pressure abrasive blasting. It has got an approximate 200 kgs of
expendable abrasive loading capacity and can blast continuously for 40 –
50 minutes and is used in wide range of blasting application in construc-
tion, marine, oil and gas industries. All the piping in the machine is 1¼” for
effective air ﬂow, hence less pressure drop and more productivity.
Machine is ﬁtted with highly efﬁcient moisture separator and abrasive
metering valve. Special Abrasives Valves like Steel Grit Valve, High Preci-
sion Micro valve, Thomson Valve, Sanders Valve can also be ﬁtted with this
standard model as per the customer requirement and all the accessories
come along with the blast machines are CE Marked. This model is avail-
able in either in manual and automatic remote control version.

CBBM 300 is the double chamber blast pot from our standard range of Blast machines where two blasters can blast at a time and is on high demand in ship- yards. It has got an approximate 425 kgs of expendable abrasive loading capacity and can blast continuously without stopping for reﬁlling the abrasive. All the piping in the machine is 1¼” for effective air ﬂow, hence less pressure drop and more productivity. This model is standard ﬁtted with highly efﬁcient moisture separator and Thomson valve for perfect abrasive control. Remote control in the system can be either pneumatic or electrically controlled.

REMOTE CONTROL UNIT WITH SILENCER

The function of a remote control unit is to depressurize the pot to stop the blasting process. As soon it receives the signal from the operators deadman handle unit at the blasting nozzle position, it will depressurize the pot and stops blasting. All the remote control units are ﬁtted with silencer as a standard part. Remote controlled ﬁtted blast pots are highly recommended to avoided accidents and reduce wastage. Repair kits for remote control unit and silencer are available for maintenance.

DEADMAN HANDLE

This safety unit is used along with remote control unit using a twin hose of ¼” and is ﬁtted on the blast nozzle position. Deadman handle will help the blaster to depressurize the pot and stops blasting without going near to it. We highly recommend to use always a remote controlled unit ﬁtted blast machine for a complete safe working environment

MOISTURE SEPERATOR

Moisture Separator takes out contamination and moisture from the airline. The ﬁlter is executed with an automatic drain. Moisture separator is a standard part of all CLEANBLAST™ Blast machine and for a fault free and efﬁcient blastingmoperation we recommend to use a Cleanblast After Cooler to ensure oil free and clean air supply .
